Vintage Houndstooth Wool Skirt

This vintage wool skirt features a pleat and buttons at the front. Worn with the closures done up, the midi-skirt takes on a sleek A-line silhouette which would be well complemented with classic pointed heels. Worn with the buttons undone, movement allows the skirt to flare, which would look beautifully styled with leather flats.

About the restoration

Sourced in a great condition, the only alteration to this skirt was to the buttons on the front. These were changed to a vintage set in a beautiful dark mother of pearl.
