Refund Policy
Please read the following before making any purchases as our policy varies depending on the service or product.
Workshops
Some workshops can accommodate refunds up to 7 days before the event. Please check individual offerings before committing to purchase. If you've made a mistake and would like a refund within 24 hours of your purchase, we can usually help with this. Email us at hello@andreacheong.com or via the contact page within this time frame.
Where we do not allow for refunds is when the materials used are from limited runs of vintage or end of roll fabric and/or the product or service is considered made-to-order.
Reloved
Our Reloved pieces are sourced with the utmost care and undergo repairs. However, these are secondhand items and they will not be in a new or like new condition. All products are sold as seen. We're happy to send additional photos and videos upon request to help you with your decision.
For non-personalised items, we allow for a 14 day refund window. If there are any issues, please note it is the buyer's responsibility to initiate the refund request, send images of the product with described faults and pay for the postage. You will need to provide proof of postage to ensure a smooth refund process.
