The Mindful Mending Club

Due to demand, we're hosting a summer edition of the Mindful Mending Club. Join us at Foundry London, 12 Needham Rd, London W11 2RP.

Meet a community of sustainable fashion lovers for a therapeutic and creative morning of learning how to mend and repair. And if you've already got the skills, but just want to get to know people in London, you're also welcome to bring down your project and sew (or knit, or craft or crochet!!) with us. Refreshments are available to purchase at the cafe within the shop.

Our event starts on Sunday, 23rd August at 12:30PM. The ticket price includes sewing materials. 

Good to know...

Please note that it isn't always possible to responsibly repair or alter every item, especially specialist textiles. If you're unsure, email hello@andreacheong.com with questions and images, and our team can advise. We also encourage you to bring a couple things with you, to make sure you have something to work on! 

Upon purchasing a ticket, you will have a spot secured and will not receive a digital ticket. Instead, your name will be added to the guestlist. Feel free to get in contact with us if you're unsure.

About the event

Hosting the The Mindful Mending Club is a mix of self-taught and professional volunteers. The format of the workshop is casual, with a focus on guided self-learning. The capacity of our Notting Hill location doesn't allow for sewing machines, so please bear this in mind when booking.

What should I bring?

Only the items that you'd like to repair or alter. You're welcome to bring your own sewing supplies but we will provide the basics, some of which you can take home with you to continue your project.

Do you accept refunds?

We do not accept refunds for The Mindful Mending Club tickets. If you have made a mistake and need to cancel within 24 hours of your purchase, please get in touch with us via the contact page or hello@andreacheong.com and we can help you.

Do you provide refreshments?

At our Notting Hill partner venue, there's a cafe where you're able to purchase refreshments. At our Shoreditch partner venue, we invite you to bring your own.
